Q4. How does the site work?

You can browse the site (RangpurHaat.com) or RangpurHaat App to use our search engine to find your desired products. Then you can cart your desired product(s) for submitting your order through your mobile number to get 6 digit PIN code. After submitting your delivery location & time and payment mode, our Customer Care Officer will contact you over phone to confirm your order and other information which you provided to us.

Q5. What are your delivery hours?

We deliver your order on or before 90 minutes from the confirmation time of your order. Delivery service open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. everyday. You can choose from available slots to find something that is convenient to you.

Q6. How do I pay?

We accept cash on delivery and we also have card payment, mobile payment bKash and Rocket  service.

Q7. I can't find the product I am looking for. What do I do?

We are always ready to hear for a new suggestions and will add an unavailable item to our inventory just for you. There is a ‘Product Request’ feature or Customer Care Contact number (++88 01841143641) to inform us your requirement.

Q8. What about the prices?

Our prices are our own but we try our best to offer them to you at or below market prices. Our prices are the same as the local market and we are working hard to get them even lower! If you feel that any product is priced unfairly, please let us know.

We use our own logistics to deliver. Our main motto is to reach the products to your location perfectly.

We know it is your decision but our prices are sometimes lower than other e-commerce and superstores in Rangpur city. We also carry a larger variety than the other regular e-commerce & super stores. So, we strongly hope that you will buy from us.

Q11. What is your policy on refunds?

Rangpur Haat (RangpurHaat.com) always here to providing best services to the customers. For any unforeseen situation, if we are not able to accomplish product(s) delivery or to provide our services, we will be informing you within 12 hours over phone call. For any of our lacking, if there needed any refund, we will do it within next 3 days after as following. Calls for refunding will be processed under the following circumstances; Unable to deliver any products or if any product(s) returned by customer against paid invoice

Q12. Do you refund full amount if order cancelled?

While a customer cancel any paid order and ask for refund, or we (RangpurHaat.com) cancel any paid order, in terms of Debit/Credit card payment of any bank or bKash/Rocket, we (RangpurHaat.com) will refund the full amount from our (RangpurHaat.com) end. In case of Credit/Debit card payment, the customer will get back the same amount from his/her card issuer bank. But in case of payment from bKash/ Rocket, even if RangpurHaat.com refunds FULL AMOUNT that a customer paid, they (bKash/Rocket) will deduct the transaction charge (according to their company policy) before refunding it to customer.

We never challenge for quality guaranty for any products at our own responsibility.
